Redman got his start working with EPMD. Erick Sermon produced his '92 debut "Whut? Thee Album."
Redman is part of the Def Squad crew, which also includes Erick Sermon and Keith Murray.
In 1999, he teamed up with Method Man for the "Blackout!" album.
