Bad Company

The prototypical AOR/Hard Rock money machine of the mid-1970s. Paul Rodgers' vocals epitomized the term "cock rock."
Members of both King Crimson and Mott the Hoople (!) joined up with singer Paul Rodgers in 1973 to form Bad Company.
Rodgers was a member of the Firm, the short-lived but hugely successful Jimmy Page/post-"Deathwish" project.
Bad Company was the first band signed to Led Zeppelin's vanity label, Swan Song.
